The Development will comprise eight blocks containing 4 apartments, each measuring circa 700sq ft, 4 detached single storey units and a state-of-the-art Daycare Centre to promote independent living for Residents in an exclusive, safe and comforting environment.

 

The buildings have been designed to meet the needs of persons with disabilities, including in particular those confined to wheelchairs. Situated on Hill Road, Killaloe the development will be adjacent to the well known Lakes Nursing Home, described in detail here.

 

All Units will be ’turnkey’ and finished to the highest specification and will include the following as standard:

Shaker Fitted Kitchen with all electrical appliances

Under Floor Heating to selected tiled areas.

Attractive wood finish floors to all other areas

Full Electrical, Storage & Thermostat controlled heating

Intruder Alarm, Fire Alarm and Emergency Call System linked to Nursing Home
